MEET MARTHA GAUDIO

Martha Gaudio is the founder of NorthSpring Business Advisors, LLC, is an Accredited Member (AM) in business valuation of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and holds an MBA in finance from New York University.

With business valuation expertise from 80+ business appraisal assignments, and more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, strategy, forecasting, and business analysis, Martha brings a thoughtful perspective to every engagement. She believes in the phrase that business valuation is both an art and a science—bringing together the company narrative, market context, financial analysis, and professional judgment to synthesize the factors that drive business value.

Martha often describes herself as an architect of business models, engineering the interlocking pieces of information that tell the complete story of the company, and form the foundation of the business’ value.
